Hi, my name is Jill and I am a mentor for the Mountain Bike Team / Northern California Chapter. We are training for a 50 mile endurance ride on June 15, 2002. We are raising money to pay for research and development of new treatments for Leukemia and Lymphoma and other blood related cancers. This is my second season with the Mountain Bike team. Last season I raised $3300 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and I want to increase my goal this season. When I first joined this incredible group I had no idea what to expect. I had never raised money before and was afraid to ask people for contributions. I was very surprised at how many people connected to the cause and were very happy to give so that they could help fight cancer, too. So please help me reach my goal and you will be helping to find a cure for these horrible deseases and maybe someone you love will benefit from your contribution and my sweat. Thank you.
